NOTE: Course requires a minimal quorum of participants to convene. Please contact the STROKE TRAINING CENTER Administration to confirm course status. Tuition balance is due for payment one month before course is scheduled to begin.
COURSE DESCRIPTION
This course is interdisciplinary, featuring faculty members from the medical staff at the Erlanger Southeast Regional Stroke Center; as well as finance, management and regulatory administrators. The program provides a tool-kit of ready-to-use resources derived from real-world data sources. A parallel workshop will be offered on detailed insurance claims coding for specialists in this field, if a minimum of five coding specialists might be enrolled in the course. Study resources include financial tools to estimate program IRR-ROI; Joint Accreditation Committee certification and regulatory guidelines; internal study modules and CME materials; billing and coding guidelines; as well as patient logistics and marketing strategies.
